A: Yes,  welcome sample order to test and check quality. Different samples are also acceptable.

Q2. How about the lead time?

A:Sample needs 4-7 days, mass production time needs 2-4 weeks depending on order quantity

Q3. Do you have MOQ?

A: No MOQ, any quantity is available.

Q4. How do you delivery the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT for sample or small quantity. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.

Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?

A: 1st, let us know your requirements or application.
2nd, We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
3rd, customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
4th, We arrange the production, testing, packaging.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

A: Yes. Please tell us formally before our production.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights or parts with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
